Registration is now open for our signature event, the annual KU Faculty & Staff Wellness Fair, on Wednesday, April 3, 2024, from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All of KU’s 5,000+ employees are invited, and with the university’s renewed emphasis on employee wellbeing as a critical component of the Jayhawks Rising strategic plan, we anticipate another great turnout in 2024! Registration only takes a few minutes. The vendor registration deadline to secure your spot is February 16, 2024.

Becoming a sponsor of the Faculty and Staff Wellness Committee and its signature event, the Employee Wellness Fair, is a wonderful opportunity to meet new people, grow your company and develop loyal customers! Please see the chart below for details on the benefits of the five-tiered sponsorship levels, and be sure to indicate your sponsorship interest when you complete your vendor registration. Sponsors will be contacted via email with further details. The final deadline to register as a sponsor, provide payment and logo (if applicable) is February 16, 2024.
