Registration has closed for our signature event, the KU Faculty & Staff Wellness Fair, on Wednesday, April 9, 2025, from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. All of KU’s 5,000+ employees are invited. With the university’s renewed emphasis on employee wellbeing as a key part of the Jayhawks Rising strategic plan, we anticipate another great turnout in 2025! Registration only takes a few minutes. The deadline to secure your spot was February 21, 2025.

Becoming a sponsor of the Faculty and Staff Wellness Committee and its signature event, the Employee Wellness Fair, is a great opportunity to meet new people, grow your company, and develop loyal customers! Please see the chart below for the five-tiered sponsorship levels and the returns on your investment. Indicate your sponsorship interest when you complete your vendor registration. We will contact sponsors via email with further details. The final deadline to register as a sponsor, provide payment, and submit your logo (if applicable) is February 21, 2025.
