Registration is now open for our signature event, the KU Employee Wellness Fair, on Wednesday, April 8, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. More than 5,000 employees are invited to attend! Last year, with the university’s renewed emphasis on employee wellbeing in the Jayhawks Rising strategic plan, we broke attendance records! We anticipate another outstanding turnout in 2026!

Sponsoring KU Employee Wellness and its signature event—the KU Employee Wellness Fair—is a great way to connect with the campus community, expand your promotional reach, and build meaningful, long-term relationships. Below, you’ll find the five-tier sponsorship structure and the benefits associated with each level. You can indicate your sponsorship interest directly within the vendor registration form. Sponsors will be contacted by email with next steps. The deadline to register as a sponsor, submit payment, and provide your logo (if applicable) is February 20, 2026.
