Join us next year for another outstanding Wellness Fair featuring live music, free food, door prizes and dozens of giveaways!

Each year, the Wellness Committee hosts an on-campus wellness fair to help connect KU faculty and staff with health and wellness resources, partners, vendors and information. Typically, more than 50 organizations from campus and the local community attend to promote wellness opportunities for KU employees.

Please note: The Kansas State Employees Health Care Commission voted in 2022 to no longer award HealthQuest credits for agency-specific activities beginning in 2023.

The KU Faculty & Staff Wellness Fair traditionally has included:

Free 5-10 minute chair massages	Healthy and easy cooking recipes
Opportunities to talk to health coaches about nutrition and dietary needs	Ways to improve your stress management skills
Holistic health and healing resources	A variety of local and community wellness organizations and business
Financial advising resources	New ways to balance your 8 Dimensions of Wellness
Door prizes
