Lunch-N-Learns

Lunch-N-Learns are offered virtually on Zoom, typically over the lunch hour on the 4th Wednesday of the month. All Jayhawks are welcome to attend. Guest speakers can present on a wide range of topics related to health and wellbeing.
Please note: The Kansas State Employees Health Care Commission voted in 2022 to no longer award HealthQuest credits for agency-specific activities beginning in 2023.

Approximately 10 million US adults have Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The symptoms of ADHD can create challenges in the workplace just as it does for children in school, including poor communication skills, distractibility, procrastination, and difficulty managing complex projects. Please join Employee Wellness and Abbie Brown from ADHDKC as she shares practical, ADHD-friendly tips, including organization hacks, time-management strategies, techniques to manage procrastination, and ways to stay focused throughout the workday.
