Ombuds Office
Free, confidential, and impartial guidance and coaching to KU students, faculty, and staff with the goal of empowering individuals to think through the best way to navigate their situation, connect with helpful resources, and plan strategies to move forward. Appointments are recommended.
Support & Care Referral Team (SCRT)
Submit a Care Referral if you are worried or concerned about a fellow Jayhawk – student, faculty, or staff – and a member of the SCRT of trained professionals will reach out to offer support and resources.
Watkins Faculty & Staff Clinic
Provides a pharmacy, immunizations, laboratory & radiology services, physical therapy, travel health, and other basic health care needs to KU faculty and staff. Appointments are recommended but accepts walk-ins.
KU Wellness Ambassadors
A volunteer team of passionate individuals spread across most departments on campus to foster employee wellbeing activities and communication and cultivate a culture of wellness here at KU.
Center for Sexuality & Gender Diversity
Advocates for livability, fosters wellness, critically educates, and creates connections with and for queer and trans students, faculty, and staff alongside the broader KU community.
KU Code of Ethical Conduct
Applying to all KU employees, the Code of Ethical Conduct affirms a commitment to the highest standards of ethical, legal, and professional behavior based on core institutional values, and KU Policy Administration provides an anonymous 3rd party operated hotline to report concerns.

HealthQuest Health Center in Topeka
Benefits-eligible employees have access to in-person and telehealth services: prevention, sick visits, counseling, and lab services. Visits are free for those with Plan A, and $40 for Plans C, J, & N.
