Free Employee Yoga brought to you by the KU Faculty and Staff Wellness Committee

Please join us for weekly, rejuvenating yoga by certified yoga instructors at no cost for KU faculty and staff! First-timers and beginners are welcome! Bring your own yoga mat if you like, but mats will also be provided. Times, locations and instructors will change from week to week.

There is currently a 25-person capacity for each session, so please register to attend:

  • Registration is open on MyTalent for KU employees
  • KU affiliates can email wellness@ku.edu to register

Please reach out to wellness@ku.edu with any questions or concerns.

If you learn in advance that you are unable to attend yoga after registering, please withdraw from the class in case there is a waitlist.

To withdraw, go to My Talent, then to “My Learning.”  The yoga class should be visible.  Go to the small drop-down arrow in the top right corner of the yoga course box and select “Withdraw.”
