Move-N-Learns

Move-N-Learns provide participants with an opportunity to get some physical activity while learning something new. They typically consist of a  free, guided tour of a building or location on KU's beautiful campus or an activity based event.

Please note: The Kansas State Employees Health Care Commission voted in 2022 to no longer award HealthQuest credits for agency-specific activities beginning in 2023.

Individuals seeking reasonable accommodations can contact Faculty and Staff Wellness at wellness@ku.edu.

Registration is required prior to an event.
