Subscribe for 2017

Subscribers from the KU community, or Lawrence community members who choose to pick up on campus, agree to hold KU harmless in their contract with Common Harvest CSA.

Acknowledgement of the following clause is included in the registration process:

Subscriber understands and acknowledges that the food provided through Crops to Campus are provided by Common Harvest and are not provided by the University of Kansas.  Accordingly, Subscriber agrees to hold harmless the University of Kansas, its officers, agents, employees, directors, and affiliates, from and against any and all liabilities, losses or damages, claims, demands, causes of action, lawsuits, expenses, for personal injury or illness, including death, as well as related claims for medical treatment, and any other liability of any kind, of or to subscriber or any other person, directly or indirectly resulting from any incident, occurrence, or activity arising out of Subscriber’s participation in the Program.
